Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify the seller by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the product, referring to your order number.

The only cost you will incur when exercising your right of withdrawal is the return shipping fee unless otherwise agreed. If you refuse to accept the delivery, the seller may charge you if return shipping costs apply.

You must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed the seller of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the product before the 14-day period expires.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You do not have the right to withdraw in the following cases:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized according to your specific requests.
  • Sealed products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (e.g., dietary supplements, cosmetics, or personal care items).
  • Digital content that is delivered electronically, if you have explicitly agreed to waive your right of withdrawal before downloading or streaming begins.
  • Products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life (e.g., fresh food or perishable items).
  • Services that have already been fully performed, if you have given explicit consent to start the service before the withdrawal period ends.

Refund of Purchase Amount

The seller will refund the amount you paid for the product, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered). The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the seller receives your withdrawal notice.

However, the seller may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or until you provide proof of return—whichever comes first.

Condition of the Product Upon Return

You are only liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you may test the product as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it.

The original packaging must remain unopened, as opening it will classify the product as used. If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used, and you may only receive a partial refund—or none at all—depending on its resale value.
